Hi! I’m Katie, your Be Good Guide.

My Story:

On paper, everything looked right.

I had climbed the global corporate ladder to VP of Product Design, worked with high-level teams across 6 timezones, built and launched highly visible products, and operated inside systems that were considered successful at scale. I knew how to think strategically. I knew how to execute. I knew how to make things work.

And still, something felt off.

It wasn’t burnout in the way people usually describe it. It wasn’t that I couldn’t keep up. It was that the way I was working and the way I had been taught business should work didn’t actually fit me.

There was a constant, underlying friction. A sense that I was forcing myself into systems that looked right on the outside but didn’t feel sustainable on the inside.

And the frustrating part was: I couldn’t solve it with more strategy. Because I already knew strategy.

So I started looking somewhere else.

What began as curiosity turned into a full recalibration of how I understood myself, my work, and the way we build businesses. I dove into astrology, Human Design, energy work, behavioral patterns, and my own lived experience → not as trends, but as tools to understand something deeper:

Why did certain ways of working feel natural, expansive, and effective… while others created resistance, procrastination, or burnout?

The more I explored, the clearer it became. I wasn’t the problem. The system I was operating in just wasn’t designed for me.

Once I saw it in myself, I started seeing it everywhere.

Entrepreneurs came to me with different surface-level problems: burnout, inconsistent marketing, confusing offers, or businesses that felt chaotic behind the scenes. They assumed they needed better discipline, better messaging, or a new strategy.

But underneath those symptoms, I kept seeing the same pattern.

A mismatch between how they naturally operate and how their business was built.

They weren’t failing at strategy. They were trying to run systems that didn’t fit them.

That’s when everything clicked. This wasn’t a strategy problem. It was an operating system problem.

My work sits at the intersection of two worlds that rarely meet.

On one side, I’ve spent 23 years in tech and product design, building systems, platforms, and user experiences at scale. I understand how to architect something that functions, grows, and holds complexity.

On the other, I’ve spent years studying astrology, Human Design, and intuitive frameworks that explain how individuals actually think, create, lead, and make decisions.

Most people operate in one of those worlds.

I bridge both.

Which means I don’t just give advice or strategy. I design businesses that are structurally sound and energetically aligned to the person running them.

I use what I call the Embodied Operating System™.

A framework built on three core pillars:

Embodiment — how you show up, express, and create
Sovereignty — how you make decisions and lead
Structure — how your business is built to support you

Because your business runs on how you think, how you move, how you lead, and how you process ideas.

When those things are misaligned, everything feels harder than it should. When they are aligned, business becomes clear, sustainable, and surprisingly simple.

This work isn’t conceptual. It’s practical and specific.

I build what I call your Unbothered Business Blueprint™ → a personalized system designed from your astrology, your Human Design, and your lived experience.

This blueprint informs everything:

How you communicate and position your work
Where and how you market
How you naturally sell and build trust
What types of offers you should create
How your business should be structured
What will support you and what will drain you

So instead of asking, “What should I be doing?” you start operating from a much more grounded place:

“What actually works for me?”

This work is for women who are already capable.

Women who have built something (or are in the process of building) but feel the friction. Women who are done forcing themselves into strategies that don’t fit, and are ready to create something that actually supports their life, energy, and leadership.

Not a business they have to constantly manage.

A business that works with them.

You don’t need another strategy.

You need a system that fits.

Built for how you think.
Designed for how you lead.
Structured so it actually holds.

Let’s work together!
